From Morehouse to the boxing ring, a rising star takes shape.

Chad Pitts, a junior at Morehouse College, is proving you don’t have to choose between academics and athletics. With a 4.0 GPA as an economics major and a national ranking as one of the top young boxers in the country, Pitts is redefining what success looks like in the sport. The rising star has already won the USA Boxing 2026 International Tournament and the Georgia Golden Gloves, all while staying committed to his education at one of the nation’s most prestigious HBCUs.
